Don't report, this is genuinely serious. My little sister keeps having these outbursts and breakdowns, where she covers her head and screams when she hears specific noises, such as:

-Screams
-Telephone rings
-Any sort of alarm
-Banging
-Hammering
-Yelling
-Crying

And she keeps fidgeting/flapping her hand, without noticing until someone mentions it, and keeps going into these episodes where she acts younger than she is (acts like she's 3 to 5.)
She tends to get upset very easily, and doesn't realize she's yelling/being aggressive until someone tells her.
Anyone have any idea what it is? We (THINK) it's Autism, but we're not sure, and we can't afford to take her to a psychiatrist.
