You can just try your best not to do them. Just always do your best.

Realize where the traits begin and take some time and understand what causes/ triggers it. Try to do some meditation or breathing exercises to stop the toxicity. Tell yourself positive affirmations in the mirror and compliment yourself and let yourself know it’s okay. I hope this helps!
