Your response should be three or more well developed paragraphs which (1) identifies the name of the decision; (2) includes a summary of the background of the case (What caused the case to come to the court?); (3) provides the constitutional reference for the case (What portion(s) of the Constitution were under consideration?); (4) summarizes the decision of the court; and (5) explains your opinion as to why this particular case is of such importance to you.
